The idea and text were written in 1939 by the SWF (Polish Scouting and Guiding Association) and Papcio (the pseudonym of Mr. Kowalewski) and the illustrations were done by his sons, Mr. Zygmunt and Mr. Wieslaw. The book depicts the adventures of the Eureka Scout and his group, who try to help their fellow people to stand up against the oppressors. It is often known as the guidebook for Peace and Democracy.
The third book was written next to the homefront. The protagonist is called Romek. He is a junior, and he is very lonely. He is searching for adventure, and he wants to live many adventures. He is using the pseudonym Mr. A'Tomek, which refers to his goal of becoming a magician. And he is very talented, because he is a great inventor and he has invented many gadgets. He meets people, and he secretly visits places and makes contact with the authorities, and informs them on the things that are happening. He looks for adventures, and he collects many items. He collects many items that were lost or stolen before. All of the items are in his attic. There are eight adventures in the third book.
